8.5H X 10W (top) 4W (bottom) Poppy, Lupine, English Rose and Thistle Design Vase. Blue Lip Glass Vase with unusual shape and curvature within the glass is hand blown.  Hand painted with Acrylic Enamel paint and signed by American Artist Penny Russell. All of items are 100% hand-painted using quality acrylic enamel paints and are cured resulting in a scratch-resistant, high-gloss finish. Hand wash only to preserve as a lasting heirloom.
