This painting was inspired by a foggy tree photograph I saw one day online I really liked how the perspective of looking up gave the tree more life. I wanted to put in a bright sunset to show how wonderfully colorful a tree can look on the backdrop of a sunset. Especially a sunset so colorful like we have here the PNW. It feels so inviting to see sit under it and take a break and watch the sun fall into slumber. Towering Tree” is a contemporary modern abstract painting. The painting measures 12″ Ver X 24″ Hor.
