Each portrait includes one pet per selected size. Additional pets may be added for $75.00 per pet, with a maximum of three pets per portrait.

Revisions

Up to three (3) revisions are included, limited to minor adjustments (color tweaks, positioning, small detail refinements). Major changes beyond the included revisions may incur additional fees.

Photo Submission

After purchase, please email clear, high-quality photos of your pet(s) to: [email protected]. Include your name and order details in the email to ensure proper matching.

Processing Time

Once photos are received, the portrait will take approximately 10–14 business days to complete. This timeline may vary depending on the number of revisions or adjustments requested.

Payment & Receipt

Full payment is required before work begins. A receipt will be sent via email once payment has been successfully processed.

Final Delivery

Completed portraits will be safely packaged and shipped via USPS mail. The print size will match the selection made at the time of purchase on the website. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Fine Art Prints are produced on acid-free papers and canvas using archival inks to guarantee that they last a lifetime without fading or loss of color. 

The archival acid-free paper and canvas prints will arrive with artist mark within the artwork and will be sent via third party print on demand retailer. All of the Fine Art Prints are professionally packaged and insured against any damage or loss.
