Cosmic Spark Designs was started in 2004 as an avenue for American Artist Penny Russell to sell her hand painted glassware to a broader audience.  Request for products come in from all over the United States.

At Cosmic Spark Designs we strive to deliver high quality hand painted glassware, your order may take up to 14 business days to complete the manufacturing process. 

Who We Are

Cosmic Spark Designs is owned and operated by Penny Russell.  She has been an aspiring  and self taught artist most of her life.  Over the last 5 years she has perfected her skills in Acrylic Enamel Paint on glassware and various other items.  She grew up in Texas and moved to the Northwest in 1978.  Later moving to Kent are (near Seattle, WA) in 1987 and has made this her home ever since.
